Your dream home or garden ... You have probably imagined them dozens of times: the pictures you've enjoyed in magazines, or the ideas you have gathered from visits to other homes and gardens. Now that you have decided to undertake a new project or begin a renovation, you may be uncertain how or where to begin. As your consultant, I am here to listen to your ideas, discuss your possibilities, and then guide you through the process from start to finish. I will assist you in the conceptual and development phases of your project and, continuing through to its completion, I will provide supervision and assistance to all involved subcontractors. I will take control of contract costs and the scope of work negotiations. My responsibility to you involves being your on-site coordinator and supervising every aspect of your project. My job is to represent you, the owner, for the duration of your project.
